Kosher Mezuzah Scroll (Klaf) — Ashkenaz, Handwritten with Certificate

The scroll is the mezuzah. Every case we sell says "kosher scroll not included" — this is the scroll. Handwritten in Israel by a qualified sofer (scribe) on Shelil calf-hide parchment, in the Ashkenaz script tradition, containing the Shema (Deuteronomy 6:4–9) and V'haya (Deuteronomy 11:13–21). 100% kosher with certificate — each scroll is proofread by an expert and then computer-checked letter by letter, and carries the maker's warranty.

A printed insert or a photocopy is not a mezuzah — the commandment requires a handwritten scroll, which is why a real one costs what a real one costs.

Choosing a size: pick the size that fits your case. For the enamel mezuzah cases we carry, choose 12 cm. Each purchase includes the blessing and mounting instructions.
