Things worth asking about

• A tying custom we do not have listed. If your congregation keeps Sephardi, Chabad or Yemenite tying and you only see Ashkenazi on the site, ask. We can usually source it.
• Whether something will arrive before a moed. Ask before you order and we will give you a straight answer, including no.
• An item you cannot find. Our catalogue is a fraction of what our suppliers carry. Describe what you are looking for and we will tell you whether we can get it and what it would cost.
• A correction. If we have mislabeled something, transliterated badly, or made a kashrut claim we should not have, please tell us. We will check it and change the page.

What we cannot do

We cannot tell you what your household should keep, settle a calendar question, or rule on whether an item is acceptable in your practice. Those belong to you and to whoever teaches you. We can tell you exactly what an item is and how it was made, and we try to do that thoroughly enough that you can decide for yourself.
