Where things ship from
We are a small shop and we do not warehouse. Items ship directly from the makers and distributors we work with, which means your order may arrive in more than one parcel and on more than one day. Each product page states its origin.
- Judaica from Israel — typically 7 to 14 business days to the US.
- Judaica from our US partners — typically 3 to 6 business days.
- Books — typically 3 to 7 business days from a domestic warehouse.
- Apparel — printed to order, so allow 2 to 4 business days for production before dispatch.
Ordering for an appointed time
If you need something in hand for a specific moed, order earlier than feels necessary — particularly for anything coming from Israel, where the makers themselves close for the feasts. We publish cut-off dates before each appointed time and we would rather turn an order away than take your money for a shofar that will arrive after Yom Teruah.
If you are close to a deadline, write to us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.
Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight. Orders over $75 ship free within the United States.
International
We ship internationally. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by us at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive tracking by email as each parcel dispatches. If a parcel has not moved in five business days, write to us and we will chase it rather than ask you to.
