The short version
Thirty days, unused and in original condition, and we will refund you. If we described something wrongly, we pay the return shipping and we fix the page.
What can be returned
Most items, within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Books must be unread and unmarked.
What cannot
- Shofars that have been blown. For reasons we hope are obvious.
- Tallitot whose tzitzit have been tied, where they were supplied untied.
- Mezuzah scrolls, once the packaging is opened.
- Custom and made-to-order apparel, unless it is faulty or we printed it wrongly.
- Opened anointing oils and candles.
If we got it wrong
If an item arrives damaged, or if it does not match how we described it — wrong tying custom, wrong length, a kosher claim we should not have made — that is our error, not yours. We cover return shipping, we replace or refund at your choice, and we correct the product page so the next person does not hit the same thing.
Please send a photograph if something arrived damaged. It speeds everything up and it helps us go back to the maker.
Natural variation is not a fault
Horn, stone, olive wood and hand-braided wax all vary from piece to piece. Yours will not be identical to the photograph. We say so on every relevant product page, and we cannot accept a return on the grounds that a natural material looked natural.
How to start a return
Write to us with your order number and what you would like to do. A person will answer.
